The following describes the terms on which Pennsylvania Horse Breeders Association (PHBA) offers you access to our classified ad services. By pressing the "View Classifieds" link below, you accept the following terms and conditions:

PHBA provides the Classifieds area for the convenience of its members. The site provides only a venue for members to place classified ads.

Advertisements and statements contained herein are the sole responsibility of the person posting the advertisement, and PHBA does not make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, truthfulness or reliability of such advertisements. PHBA has no liability whatsoever for any third party claims arising in connection with any such advertisement nor any product or services mentioned therein.

PHBA is not involved in actual transactions between sellers and buyers, and as a result, has no control over the legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to buy items.

PHBA cannot and does not control whether or not sellers will complete the sale of items they offer or buyers will complete the purchase of items they have identified. Effective 2/7/2007 - ONLY ONE HORSE MAY BE LISTED ON EACH CLASSIFIED AD.

GUIDELINES FOR ALL AD PLACEMENTS

Ads for posting can only be placed by current members of PHBA.
PHBA provides only a connection between seller and buyer of horses.
The seller must legally be able to sell the item listed.
The item must be described on the listing page in the narrative box in no more than 100 words.
PHBA will not provide any grammar, spell error checking and text formatting.
Ads must be in the format of the Online Submission form and delivered by mail or in person to PHBA.
Payment of $30 per ad placement must accompany the ad submission.
On-line duration of individual ads is two months (60 days).
PHBA is not responsible for notifications of ad expiration or renewal dates.
